Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 October 2026
These terms apply to services provided by MakeItOnline (“we”) to clients (“you”). If a separate contract or offer is agreed with you, its provisions prevail.
1. Services
We provide (a) website creation and (b) paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok) planning and management services. Information on this website is informational and is not a binding offer until we confirm an order in writing.
2. Ordering and contract formation
You contact us through the contact form and we send an offer (scope, price, timeline). A contract is concluded when you confirm the offer in writing (including by email) and we confirm the order. If you are a consumer, in the offer or its confirmation we will ask separately whether you want work to start before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and will inform you of your right of withdrawal (see the cancellation and refund policy). You may ask questions before confirming.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euros.
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, paid licences, payment-provider fees, advertising budget) are not included unless the offer says otherwise. We state such costs in advance.
- Payment terms are set out in the offer or invoice.
- You pay the advertising budget directly to the advertising platforms.
4. Your obligations
To provide the necessary information, texts, images, access and approvals on time; and to ensure the materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights (copyright, trademarks, personal data) or the law, including advertising rules. Delays may extend deadlines.
5. Performance and revisions
We perform the work with due professional care. The scope and number of revisions are stated in the offer; changes beyond what was agreed may cost extra, and we will tell you in advance.
6. Advertising
Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control (platform rules, competition, the offer, the market), so we do not guarantee specific results. Platforms may reject or suspend ads under their own rules.
7. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the website design and content created specifically for you for the agreed purpose, except third-party components (e.g. plugins, fonts, templates), which remain subject to their own licences. We retain our general know-how and tools. We will show your project in our portfolio only with your consent.
8. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intent, gross negligence or personal injury). Otherwise, where the client is a business, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service, and indirect losses (e.g. lost profit) are not compensated, to the extent the law allows. Consumers' mandatory rights are not reduced.
9. Cancellation and refunds
See the cancellation and refund policy.
10. Data
We process personal data under the privacy policy.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances of force majeure beyond our control.
12. Complaints and disputes
Send complaints through the contact form; we will try to respond as soon as possible. We aim to resolve disputes amicably first. If you are a consumer, you may contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT) (vvtat.lt). The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been closed: Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and the platform closed on 20 July 2025. Lithuanian law applies; disputes are heard in Lithuanian courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules.
13. Changes
We may change these terms; contracts already concluded are governed by the terms in force when they were concluded.
